Livestock Insurance

The agriculture industry in Kenya contributes 26% of the country's GDP and employs 40% of the total population. Yet smallholder farmers face increasing challenges from climate change, with less than 1% currently protected by any form of insurance.

Birdview Micro Insurance provides comprehensive livestock insurance protecting against death of insured livestock from uncontrollable diseases, epidemics, fire, calving complications, emergency slaughter, and accidents. Available for Cattle (dairy cows, beef, breeding stock, heifers and calves above 90 days), sheep, and goats.
